Delivery
Most handmade pieces are hand delivered by Roxanne herself.
However, when shipping all pieces are shipped Royal Mail Special Delivery for the UK. The standard cost start at £8 depending on the weight and size. You will be notified when your piece has been dispatched, if you have any special delivery requirements (including international shipping) please drop us an email.
We use DHL for international shipments, prices start at £24. If you have any special requirements please inform us at your earliest convenience.
Returns
All of our jewellery is made to order. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your piece purchase we are happy to alter the piece within 14 days, subject to the following terms: You must return the goods to us within 14 days of the date shown on your order dispatch confirmation email, and in the condition it was sold. Therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging along with your original order number. RRH Jewellery does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We recommend you return items via an insured and reliable postal service, for example Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Postage cost will not be refunded. We offer a resizing service, should the sizes available not fit you. Please get in touch for a quote. In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please email us at info@rrhjewellery.com so we can arrange a replacement or a credit note. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact customer services immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery.
All materials are sustainably and ethically sourced with people and planet at the forefront of our minds. Our gems are mined by artisan miners, the gold we use is all fairtrade, our packaging recycled and bio degradable. Each piece of jewellery is handmade in the UK, so each piece may differ slightly.
Delicate pieces need delicate care. We aim to help you keep your jewellery in order to pass down to the next generation, so please get in touch for any repairs or alterations. All pieces come with a 3-month warranty
